Kitchen Expo presents Peter Chaplin & Sean Hughes Fuel Kitchen

Kitchen ExpoKitchen Expo presents Peter Chaplin & Sean Hughes - 'Fuel Kitchen’. New Zealand’s most celebrated vegetarian chef Peter Chaplin is back behind the chopping board, now teaming up with Sean Hughes and Kitchen Expo to create Fuel Kitchen and they’ll be previewing their exciting new food partnership at this year’s Autumn Home Show.

Peter ChaplinEnglish born Peter Chaplin came to New Zealand in 1972 becoming a chef at 19 before gaining an international reputation as a personal chef to the stars during the late ’80s. He created Ponsonby icon Musical Knives and also did a stint as a TV chef on the Good Morning Show. He’s excited to be back, partnering with young chef Sean Hughes to create a fantastic café at the heart of the huge Kitchen Expo showroom in Carr Rd, Mt Roskill. Peter and Sean will be onsite at the Autumn Home Show throughout the event, demonstrating cooking skills, sampling some of their fantastic new offerings and promoting Fuel Kitchen and its cooking school to lucky visitors. Fuel Kitchen will be on Stand 327.

PlaceMakers Designer Kitchen & Bathroom Feature

DIY is very popular with New Zealand home owners, and at the Autumn Home Show this year PlaceMakers will help you get it right with the proper tools, supplies and advice. Select teams from PlaceMakers together with designers and their suppliers have created ‘full solutions’ with three designer kitchens on display, and for the first time the launch of two bathrooms and one laundry.  There will be plenty of new products on show including Ariston Appliances, the market leader for built-in appliances (washing machines, dishwashers, and cook tops).  Ariston’s keen eye for new stylistic trends and changes in lifestyles mean their appliances will meet your need for style and practicality. Some of the kitchen designers will be on hand at the Autumn Home Show to talk through their designs and how to combine form with function in these high-use areas in the home. Full consultations are available, so bring your plans, ideas, and blue prints and get the ‘know how’ from the ‘can do’ specialists.
